The former Farmfoods store at 79 Academy Street stood empty until the Wyvern House scheme brought it back into use. Delivered in partnership with The Highland Council, which also provided residential flats at the site, the scheme saw Morrison Construction build 14 HHA flats there, one- and two-bedroom, above ground-floor commercial units, as part of the wider push to regenerate the street.
