HHA led the regeneration of Merchant House, taking on a challenging, long-derelict B-listed building opposite Inverness Castle and transforming it into eight new homes and a ground-floor commercial unit. The project involved the careful redevelopment of the historic property, retaining and restoring key elements of its original character while bringing the building back into productive use and contributing to the wider regeneration of Inverness city centre.
