Bynack More is HHA’s largest development in Aviemore, comprising 52 homes ranging from two-bedroom apartments and cottage flats to three-bedroom villas. The homes were delivered by Tulloch Homes and handed over to HHA in phases across 2025 and 2026, with HHA bringing them forward as much-needed Mid-Market Rent homes. Eight of the two-bedroom apartments were also reserved for blue light workers.
