Westercraigs was a significant development for HHA, with the final handover in 2015 taking the total it had facilitated across the Highlands to 1,000 new homes. The 48-home development on the western edge of Inverness was delivered through the National Housing Trust initiative, administered by the Scottish Futures Trust, and provided a mix of two-bedroom flats and two- and three-bedroom family homes with gardens.
