HHA played a key role in the multi-award-winning Raining’s Stairs development, acting as construction lead and helping transform one of Inverness city centre’s most challenging long-derelict sites into much-needed new housing. The innovative scheme delivered 16 homes, including 10 Mid-Market Rent homes owned and managed by HHA, and went on to receive national recognition, including a RIAS Award for Architecture, Best Residential Development at the Inside Housing Development Awards and the Housing Crisis Solution Award at the British Homes Awards.
